He later worked in high-responsibility roles at 80/20 Inc. coordinating logistics, trained teams at KGP Logistics, and supported order integrity at Zimmer Biomet as a transaction coordinator. His work in appointment setting with Soffront and healthcare outreach with Summit Marketing further honed his communication and scheduling expertise.

As the founder of MEB Property Solutions LLC, Mitchell actively supports real estate transactions alongside Geoff Cavender, assisting with appointment coordination, client correspondence, marketing follow-up, and document routing.
